CBSE Postpones Exposure Visit to CT University, Ludhiana Due to Emergency Situation

New Delhi : The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially postponed the Exposure Visit 2025 for school principals scheduled at CT University, Ludhiana, which was earlier planned for 16 and 17 May 2025. The CBSE board has cited an “emergent situation” as the reason for this decision.

The new dates for the visit will be announced later. This update was shared in a CBSE circular dated 9 May 2025, signed by Dr. Biswajit Saha, Director of Skill Education.

According to an earlier CBSE circular issued on 28 April 2025, two exposure visits were scheduled under the Skill Education initiative:

  1. CT University, Ludhiana – 16 & 17 May 2025
  2. ICAI Centre of Excellence, Jaipur – 23 & 24 May 2025

These CBSE Exposure Visit 2025 were aimed at providing hands-on learning experiences for school principals by connecting them with institutions of excellence across India.

The program was open to CBSE-affiliated school principals, including those from government and private schools, who had not attended any such visit earlier. The board also committed to reimburse up to ₹10,000 as TA/DA, upon submission of bills.

Participants had registered through the official CBSE registration link. Selected principals were to receive confirmation by email. Now, those who registered for the Ludhiana visit should wait for the updated schedule. The Jaipur visit on 23–24 May remains unaffected as of now.
