CBSE 10th-12th Board Result 2025 Will Be Declared Soon, Beware of Fake Letters
As we all know, CBSE students, along with their parents and teachers, are eagerly waiting for the CBSE Board Results 2025. Reports suggest that the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will soon release the board exam results for Class 10 and 12 students.
Although the board has not officially announced the result date and time, past trends suggest the results are likely to be declared by mid-May.
CBSE conducted this year’s board exams from 15 February to 4 April 2025. Over 42 lakh students appeared for the CBSE board examinations. Once the results are declared, students can check them using their roll number and date of birth on cbse.gov.in, cbseresults.nic.in, results.cbse.nic.in, DigiLocker, and the UMANG app.

CBSE has also simplified and made the re-evaluation process more transparent. Students will first receive a photocopy of their answer sheet, and then they can request re-evaluation if needed. Previously, students had to apply for mark verification before obtaining the photocopy.
To pass the CBSE board exams, students must score at least 33% in each subject. For subjects that include both theory and practical components, students must score at least 33% separately in both. Overall, students must achieve an average of 33% across all subjects.
Recently, a fake letter claiming to announce the result dates was circulated on social media. CBSE clarified via X (formerly Twitter), “This letter is fake. No official date of result has been announced by the board yet.” Students and parents are advised to rely only on the official CBSE website and trusted sources.
